As part of the club "Disputable" , sociolinguist and poet Pavel Arseniev and philosopher Mikhail Mayatsky will discuss the phenomenon of linguistic exile – the state in which many of those who have left or stayed live, who speak, remain silent or seek new forms of speech. It will address the politics of enunciation, the limits of freedom of expression, and how one's place of residence changes not only the accent, but also the very possibility of being understood. Can
