International network

ACAT-Luxembourg is actively committed to the protection of human rights through political action and public mobilisation. A central element of this commitment is its newsletter, which provides regular information on human rights violations and current campaigns, as well as responding to urgent appeals.
These appeals are addressed to political decision-makers and demand immediate action against torture, unfair detention conditions and death sentences.
Protest actions are another essential pillar of ACAT Luxembourg's work. These include petitions, public demonstrations and information campaigns aimed at drawing attention to specific cases of human rights violations. Using a variety of channels, ACAT reaches a wide audience and encourages them to become actively involved. The aim of these actions is to bring about concrete political change.
Through these varied initiatives, ACAT helps to raise public awareness of the importance of protecting human rights. People who want to support ACAT's activities can get actively involved by signing petitions, taking part in demonstrations or circulating the information in the newsletter.
